Rapidly approaching, Comet Lulin is on a flyby approach (38 million miles) to Earth coming closest on Monday at 10:43 p.m. EST , February 23; at that time the comet could be two or three times brighter than it is now. Many indicators are that Comet Lulin will be viewable to the naked eye but telescopes are suggested for enhanced viewing. View the Comet Lulin Video Guide.
