This guys from ARCA are just impostors. They has nothing than failures in past and big claims with no proof!
In all fairness, the ARCA Team is doing more than most. They are flying and not just doing animations and power points. There is a lot to be said for trying. I wish them success in their efforts.
They look serious enough to me. They started building the plane and they make all their activity public. You can check on their progress here:
